Privacy Notice

Last updated 11 July 2026

This Privacy Notice explains how the operator of the {MC} Terminal (the “Operator,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with your access to and use of the {MC} Terminal (the “Terminal”). It should be read together with our Terms of Access & Use. By accessing or using the Terminal, or by submitting any request or information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Notice.

1. Scope

This Notice applies to personal information we handle about invited users, prospective users who submit an access inquiry, and other individuals who communicate with us in connection with the Terminal. “Personal information” means information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. This Notice does not apply to any third party’s services, sites, or products.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the limited categories of personal information necessary to operate the Terminal and to evaluate, provide, secure, and communicate about access. These are:

We do not intentionally collect any special categories of sensitive personal information, and you should not submit any such information to us. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of eighteen (18).

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

4. Legal Bases

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following: the performance of a contract with you (or steps taken at your request prior to entering into one); our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Terminal and in evaluating and managing access, balanced against your rights and freedoms; your consent, where we ask for it; and compliance with our legal obligations.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The public entrance to the Terminal does not set tracking or advertising cookies. After you sign in, we set a single, strictly necessary, secure, HTTP-only session cookie for the sole purpose of keeping you authenticated. We may also use strictly necessary technologies provided by our infrastructure and security services to protect the Terminal against automated abuse. Because these technologies are essential to the functioning and security of the Terminal, they are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

6. How Information Is Shared

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We disclose personal information only in the following limited circumstances:

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide and secure the Terminal, to comply with our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Access inquiries that do not result in an account are retained only for so long as needed to evaluate them and for a reasonable period thereafter, after which they are deleted or anonymised. When information is no longer required, we delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, use, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction — including encryption in transit, secure hashing of passwords, session protection, access controls, and abuse-prevention measures. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for using the Terminal on secure devices and networks.

9. International Transfers

The Terminal and our service providers may store and process personal information in countries other than the one in which you are located, whose data-protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we take steps to ensure that it remains protected in accordance with this Notice and applicable law.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location and subject to applicable law, you may have rights in relation to your personal information, which may include the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information; request deletion of your information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw any consent you have given (without affecting prior processing); and, where applicable, request a copy of your information in a portable format. You may exercise these rights, or lodge a complaint, by contacting us as described below; we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

11. Third-Party Links

The Terminal may contain links to, or references to, third-party websites or resources that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party, and we encourage you to review their policies. This Notice applies solely to the Terminal.

12. Changes to this Notice

We may update this Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above, and, where required by law, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Terminal after any update constitutes acknowledgement of the revised Notice.

13. Contact

If you have any questions, requests, or concerns regarding this Notice or your personal information, you may contact the Operator through the Terminal — including via your account page — or by replying to any correspondence you receive from us.
