The {MC} Terminal (the “Terminal”) is a private research environment offered during a closed beta to a limited number of individuals. Access is granted at the operator’s sole discretion, is personal and non-transferable, and may be modified, suspended, or revoked at any time without notice.
All content, signals, models, scores, commentary, and outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice, nor a solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Markets — and digital assets in particular — carry substantial risk, including total loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. The operator does not custody your funds, manage your assets, or execute trades on your behalf.
The Terminal is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Data is drawn from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. The operator does not guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Terminal.
You agree not to share your credentials, redistribute or resell access or content, scrape or republish data, or attempt to circumvent access controls. Intellectual property in the Terminal remains with the operator.
Where paid access applies, terms are agreed directly with the operator. Beta access may be offered on a non-refundable basis; specifics are communicated at the time of invitation.
